Lower prescription drug costs for Texas families by capping costs and negotiating through government health plans.

Water, Energy, and Responsible Growth

Hold high-demand industries, including data centers, accountable for their impact on water, air, infrastructure, and electricity demand.
Tax billionaire corporations appropriately and make sure they provide good, local, union jobs when they are allowed to operate in Texas.

Public Schools

Keep public dollars in public schools.
Stop voucher schemes that drain money from neighborhood public schools.
Invest in universal pre-K.
Fully fund special education.

Mental Health Care and Diversion Courts

Expand access to mental health care across Texas.
Support mental health diversion courts.
Invest in crisis intervention, substance-use treatment, and community-based mental health services.

Public Safety and Protecting the Military

Hold federal agencies accountable for their actions in our communities, including ICE.
Protect our military, including the Texas National Guard, from having to perform federal policing activities and from being deployed in overseas conflicts.
